Caprice Jackson is a political strategist, campaign manager, organizer, and public affairs professional with experience spanning electoral campaigns, government, public policy, grassroots organizing, fundraising, and political operations.

Her career has taken her from the halls of government to campaign headquarters and directly into communities—giving her a unique understanding of how policy, politics, people, and power intersect.

Caprice has worked across municipal, state, federal, and electoral spaces, developing experience in legislative strategy, constituent engagement, field organizing, political communications, coalition building, fundraising, and campaign management. She has helped candidates build campaign infrastructure, organizations strengthen their political operations, and communities connect with the institutions and leaders that represent them.

She founded Catalyst Grassroots Innovations to bring those experiences together and provide candidates and organizations with something campaigns often need most: strategy paired with the capacity to execute it.
